This rare and vintage, solid brass scuttle bucket has a hinged handle and hanging hook. This item was produced around the mid 80’s and was exported from India. Scuttle buckets were used to remove both wood and coal ash from fireplaces prior to lighting a new fire.

A beautiful piece that would make any fireplace stand out, giving that cozy, rustic feeling.
